Java Full Stack Developer

Awareson Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to join a project focused on the development and maintenance of business-critical applications. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment, contributing to high-quality software solutions within an Agile team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, and architectural quality.
• Develop new functionalities in accordance with established coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high quality and compliance with technical requirements.
• Proactively identify and prevent technical debt through refactoring and system maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues and UAT defects to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial software development experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with Java and PostgreSQL.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Angular and working in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, architectural principles, and modern development tools.
• Good command of English, enabling effective work with technical documentation and team communication.
