Java Full Stack Developer

Awareson Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to join a project focused on the development and maintenance of business-critical applications. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment, contributing to high-quality software solutions within an Agile team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, and architectural quality.
• Develop new functionalities in accordance with established development standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with technical requirements and coding standards.
• Proactively identify and prevent technical debt through refactoring and system maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues and UAT defects to maintain system stability.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial software development experience, including 3 years with Java and PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience with Angular (at least 2 years) and working in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, architectural principles, and modern development tools like Spring Boot, Kafka, and Docker.
• Proficiency in English, enabling effective work with technical documentation and team communication.
• Strong sense of ownership, self-organization, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
