Java EE Developer

IBA Poland is seeking a skilled Java EE Developer to join our remote team and contribute to the development of a next-generation information system for a global logistics company. You will play a key role in designing and building modern, scalable web-based applications that support complex shipping operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design principles.
• Write maintainable, scalable, and efficient code following Clean Code best practices.
• Implement and optimize data access layers using JPA.
• Participate in the quality assurance process, including code reviews, static analysis, and comprehensive testing.
• Collaborate within a CI/CD environment using GitLab and Jenkins.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience working with Java EE.
• Strong understanding of backend development principles.
• Good command of the English language (Intermediate level or higher).
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
