Java Developer (with German and English)

NATEK Poland is looking for an experienced Java Developer to join a project within the energy sector. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality applications while collaborating with international teams in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust Java applications and services.
• Implement new features based on complex business and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing software solutions.
• Work extensively with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based environments.
• Ensure high standards of software quality, security, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams to support releases and production systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot or similar frameworks like Quarkus or Jakarta EE.
• Solid practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Extensive knowledge of Apache Kafka and Kafka Streams.
• Practical experience with Apache Spark or Apache Flink.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, design patterns, and CI/CD practices.
• German language skills at B2 level and English at C1 level.
