Java Developer

INFOPLUS TECHNOLOGIES is looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in modernizing enterprise applications and building scalable solutions while collaborating with talented professionals across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance existing application architectures to improve performance and scalability.
• Design and develop modern applications using the latest Java technologies, including Spring Boot and Kafka.
• Collaborate within a small, agile team of 4–6 developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Work closely with development, testing, and implementation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Contribute to critical regulatory and business improvement projects that drive company success.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot development.
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and its implementation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI is considered an added advantage.
