JAVA Developer (F/M/X)

Quad is looking for a dedicated Java Developer to join our international team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of business applications, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and improvement of business applications using Java and React.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and support implementation.
• Participate in the full application lifecycle, including development, testing, maintenance, and support.
• Help investigate and resolve application issues while improving development practices and tools.
• Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted technologies, in a responsible manner.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Java fundamentals and object-oriented programming.
• Practical experience in building applications and working with relational databases like PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Good spoken and written English to actively participate in international team collaboration.
• Proactive communication style with a willingness to share ideas and provide feedback.
• Experience using AI tools to support development while critically evaluating their output.
