Java Developer (f/m)

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new features and change requests across the full technology stack.
• Ensure high software quality by adhering to coding standards, performing refactoring, and following industry best practices.
• Maintain excellent professional relationships with team members and stakeholders across different locations.
• Communicate efficiently with colleagues in Krakow and other international CRIF units on a daily basis.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with the Spring framework and REST services.
• Ability to work effectively within a distributed, international team structure.
• Communicative English skills, both spoken and written.
• Very good command of Polish (minimum B2 level).
