We are looking for a Java Developer to join an impactful, transformational project within our Banking as a Service model. Your primary goal will be to build high-quality, reliable software that meets user needs and supports strategic business objectives.

Your tasks

• Creating advanced, scalable applications using the Java programming language
• Reviewing and evaluating code written by other developers, providing constructive feedback
• Analyzing and fixing bugs, as well as optimizing application performance
• Collaborating with the team to design the structure of applications and making technical decisions
• Supporting and training less experienced team members
• Creating and updating project-related and code-related documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial Java programming experience
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate, Spring, REST API, Microservices, Web Services
• Practical knowledge of Maven
• Proficiency in message queues, including Kafka and Pub/Sub
• Familiarity with cloud solutions, with a preference for GCP
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Expertise in cloud orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
