Java Developer (DevOps)

Red Global is seeking a skilled Java Developer with DevOps capabilities to join our engineering team. In this role, you will bridge backend development and cloud infrastructure, driving software delivery from clean code implementation to automated containerized deployments in the cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performing backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical and business requirements into scalable architecture.
• Write, execute, and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure clean code standards and high code quality.
• Monitor application performance, analyze logs, and perform proactive troubleshooting for incidents.
• Drive CI/CD pipeline enhancements and automate software build, test, and release processes using GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Java and core frameworks like Spring Boot and REST API development.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, Clean Code principles, and software development best practices.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services for application hosting and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions, and GitOps principles using ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and container management using Docker.
