- Architect security-first persistence layers, including IAM-based database authentication and KMS encryption.
- Design and oversee the API gateway layer and identity authentication patterns across various user personas.
- Own infrastructure architecture, including EKS cluster design, Helm standards, and GitOps pipelines.
Requirements
- Over 15 years of professional Java development experience, with at least 4 years in an architecture or technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in microservices, DDD, event-driven systems, and cloud-native design principles.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Java, Micronaut or Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Gradle.
- Proven experience with AWS platform services, including EKS, RDS, IAM, and Secrets Manager.
- Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps delivery (Argo CD).
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
