Japanese-speaking Technical Project Manager

emagine Polska is seeking a skilled Japanese-speaking Technical Project Manager to lead software integration projects and serve as a vital bridge between international clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams. This role requires a professional who can manage complex project lifecycles while maintaining a strong technical understanding of software systems, APIs, and authentication mechanisms.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage technical implementation and software integration projects from inception to delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and issue validation before escalating technical matters to engineering teams.
• Ensure clear documentation of project activities, decisions, and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Business-level Japanese language skills (JLPT N1 preferred) and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Implementation Manager.
• Practical understanding of APIs, web services, authentication concepts, and system integrations.
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining significant overlap with Japan business hours.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
