ITSM Senior Project Manager

Spyrosoft is seeking an experienced ITSM Senior Project Manager to lead a major enterprise PMO transformation. You will take ownership of the Broadcom ValueOps implementation and manage the migration from Planview to Clarity, ensuring effective adoption of the future-state portfolio management model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full delivery lifecycle of the Planview replacement program and coordinate implementation activities for Clarity, ConnectALL, and Rally.
• Develop integrated project plans, oversee budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Lead executive governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and facilitate structured decision-making.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness to support the transition to new portfolio management models.
• Ensure project delivery adheres to PMO governance standards and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Project or Program Management leading complex enterprise initiatives.
• Proven expertise in Planview-to-Clarity migrations and implementation of tools like Broadcom ValueOps, Jira Align, or ServiceNow PPM.
• Strong background in PMO transformation, portfolio management, and business process redesign.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and external vendors.
• Deep understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
