IT Technical Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead e-invoicing implementation projects for the UAE market, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for e-invoicing solutions from kickoff to completion.
• Gather client requirements and translate them into structured technical specifications for internal teams.
• Coordinate communication between clients and technical teams while monitoring project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Configure solution components and provide training to customers during the onboarding process.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management, Implementation Management, or Delivery Management.
• Strong background in leading software implementation or integration projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
