IT Team Coordinator with German

SWIFT RECRUITMENT is seeking a dedicated IT Team Coordinator with German language proficiency to join a leading software provider for the European insurance industry. In this fully remote role, you will lead a team of Business Analysts and serve as a primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support a team of Business Analysts while managing client relationships.
• Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into effective software solutions.
• Facilitate client workshops, meetings, and solution discussions to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee software implementation, configuration, and quality assurance processes.
• Identify project risks and blockers to ensure smooth delivery and resource management.

Requirements

• Fluent German (B2+/C1) and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in an IT or software environment as a Business Analyst or Consultant.
• Experience in coordinating, mentoring, or supporting team members.
• Strong understanding of software systems, SQL, and relational databases.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and system integrations.
