IT Systems Administrator

On The Spot Development is looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting a US-based B2B technology company. You will play a crucial role in maintaining IT operations and ensuring seamless technical support for an innovative AI-powered workforce development platform.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain macOS devices using MDM solutions and Apple Business Manager.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and identity provisioning across primary SaaS platforms.
• Oversee the daily administration of Google Workspace, Slack, and other cloud-based software tools.
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and access-related issues.
• Support cross-platform integration efforts with Microsoft 365, including the implementation of security policies like DLP and retention labels.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with macOS endpoint management, MDM, and Apple Business Manager.
• Proven proficiency in administering Google Workspace and Slack environments.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security controls, including sensitivity labeling and data loss prevention.
• Excellent English communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with the US-based team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve technical issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
