IT Systems Administrator

OLIPOP is on a mission to positively impact consumer health by reimagining soda as a delicious, functional beverage. We are looking for a proactive IT Systems Engineer to join our team and manage our cloud-based SaaS environment, ensuring our infrastructure is secure, efficient, and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for key security platforms including Arctic Wolf, Zscaler, Okta, and Mimecast.
• Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Oversee the IT helpdesk queue, triaging and resolving complex technical issues across SaaS platforms and endpoints.
• Lead security incident response, monitor system health, and drive automation to streamline IT operations.
• Develop and deliver IT security awareness training and create user-friendly documentation for the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an IT systems, security, or cloud operations role.
• Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365, including Intune and Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues methodically and follow through to resolution.
• Experience managing IT ticketing systems and coordinating with third-party vendors.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
