IT Support Engineer

Dwelly is a UK-based, AI-enabled property management platform that is transforming the real estate industry through a strategic roll-up of estate agencies. We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team and take ownership of internal IT operations, technical support, and the integration of systems across our newly acquired businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT support, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and account provisioning.
• Coordinate with managed service providers and contractors to ensure infrastructure reliability and security.
• Lead the technical migration of acquired agencies, consolidating legacy systems into our core platform.
• Administer and optimize SaaS tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jira, and Notion.
• Identify manual processes and implement automation through scripting or AI tools to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Experience supporting macOS, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Notion.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, VPN, SSL, and firewalls.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues independently.
