IT Solutions Engineer (Remote)

Finom is a rapidly growing European fintech startup on a mission to revolutionize financial management for entrepreneurs. We are looking for an IT Solutions Engineer to join our IT Operations team, focusing on building automated, scalable, and secure internal infrastructure to support our expanding global team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows across core business applications.
• Integrate systems such as HiBob, JumpCloud, and Google Workspace using REST APIs, SCIM, and n8n to create event-driven lifecycle management.
• Manage identity and access governance, including SSO/SAML configurations and troubleshooting.
• Implement security controls and automation to support compliance initiatives like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Administer and optimize business-critical platforms, including Jira Service Management and endpoint management via MDM.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering.
• Strong expertise in IAM (JumpCloud or similar) and MDM solutions for Windows and macOS.
• Proven ability to script in PowerShell, Bash, or Python to build reliable automation from scratch.
• API fluency with experience integrating systems via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Proficiency in administering Google Workspace and ITSM tools like Jira Service Management.
