IT Solutions Engineer

Finom is a European tech startup on a mission to revolutionize the financial landscape for entrepreneurs. We are looking for an IT Solutions Engineer to join our IT Operations team and help us build scalable, automated infrastructure that empowers our growing team of over 600 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows across core applications.
• Integrate systems like HiBob, JumpCloud, and Google Workspace using REST APIs, SCIM, and n8n.
• Manage identity and access governance, including SSO/SAML configurations and troubleshooting.
• Implement security controls and automations to support compliance initiatives like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Administer and optimize business-critical platforms such as Jira Service Management and endpoint management systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering.
• Strong expertise in IAM (JumpCloud or similar) and MDM/UEM solutions for Windows and macOS.
• Proven ability to build automations using scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Fluency in working with REST APIs and integrating multiple SaaS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, automation-first mindset.
