IT Software Developer – Windchill PLM

INNIO is a leading energy solution and service provider, and we are currently seeking a skilled Windchill PLM Software Developer to join our international team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our PLM system to support product development and lifecycle management, while promoting simplification and standardization across our technology ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain the Windchill PLM system to support product development and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windchill configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Consult in the design of platform upgrades and their successful implementation.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand technical requirements and define architectural solutions.
• Stay updated with Windchill software updates and industry best practices to optimize system performance.

Requirements

• Profound experience with PTC Windchill and the corresponding product suite (PDMLink, PTC Thingworx Navigate, Project Link).
• Proficiency in Java programming and experience working with Windchill APIs for customization.
• Strong background in cloud technology and experience in PLM methodology, BoM Lifecycle, and Data Migration.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work in cross-functional, agile teams.
• Proficiency in English is a must, with strong oral and written communication skills.
