IT Security Analyst

Signode is seeking a dedicated IT Security Analyst to join our global Security Operations Center (SOC) team. In this fully remote role, you will play a critical part in protecting our digital infrastructure by detecting, investigating, and responding to security incidents while continuously improving our internal security processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security alerts through ITSM platforms, utilizing open-source intelligence to enrich investigations.
• Proactively hunt for security threats and anomalies across the network to ensure robust protection.
• Analyze malware using both static and dynamic methods within a secure sandbox environment.
• Monitor, evaluate, and profile emerging cyber threats to stay ahead of potential attack vectors.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding SOC processes and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, complemented by relevant cybersecurity or Azure certifications.
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in cyber security operations, specifically within an internal SOC or MSSP environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments and security solutions.
• Proven experience analyzing logs from IDPS, EDR, and firewall systems.
• Solid understanding of incident response, digital forensics, and security detection rules.
