Wymagania
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Creativity in sourcing and problem-solving.
- Interest in the IT and HR fields.
- Very good English (min. B2) – spoken and written.
- Knowledge of basic labor law.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Good organization and positive attitude.
