IT Project Manager (Software House background)

Momentum is a dynamic software house focused on building impactful digital health solutions. We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative web and mobile applications for clients worldwide, helping us make medical information and diagnostics more accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end projects, from building products from scratch to developing existing ones.
• Managing communication and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and development teams.
• Creating project specifications, valuations, and managing budgets while tracking deadlines.
• Planning and coordinating team work, ensuring developers are supported throughout the project lifecycle.
• Advising clients on business solutions and recommending the most effective technical approaches.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in an IT company.
• Fluent English and Polish (C1 level).
• Strong product-focused mindset with the ability to identify needs and support growth.
• Proven experience in managing web and mobile applications and small teams of 6-8 members.
• Excellent negotiation, organization, and prioritization skills with experience in budget management.
• Proficiency in Jira and the ability to work effectively under time pressure.
