IT Project Manager

co.brick Talents is seeking an experienced Digital IT Project Manager to join a dynamic, global organization. In this role, you will take ownership of complex technology implementations, working closely with cross-functional, global teams in a matrixed environment to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assume daily project management of assigned technology implementations within defined timelines and budget.
• Work closely with Product Management to track project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control the entire project effort from start to finish.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, taking corrective measures as needed.
• Prepare and maintain essential project artifacts, including timelines, dashboards, risk logs, and financial tracking reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field combined with 7+ years of project management experience in digital or IT contexts.
• Proven ability to successfully manage complex technology implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
• High comfort level working independently with cross-functional, global teams within a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern PM tools, with Azure DevOps experience highly preferred.
