IT Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with Product Owner skills to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing features to ensure project success.
• Leading cross-functional project teams including developers, testers, and analysts.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service departments.
• Ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining budget constraints.
• Managing project risks and changes while conducting stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role managing backlogs.
• Knowledge of the tourism industry, e-commerce, or complex booking systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and requirements workshop facilitation skills.
