IT Project Manager

Key responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end projects for global clients, managing the development of web and mobile applications from scratch or scaling existing products.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for both clients and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Creating detailed project specifications, valuations, and managing budgets while maintaining rigorous documentation.
• Utilizing AI tools to streamline delivery processes while taking full ownership of verifying all outputs for quality and compliance.
• Continuously improving project workflows and testing new tools to enhance team efficiency and delivery standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment.
• Strong product-focused mindset with the ability to identify needs and support product growth.
• Fluent English and Polish (C1 level).
• Proven experience in managing teams of up to 8 members and handling web or mobile application projects.
• Proficiency in Jira and experience in budget management.
• Ability to work under pressure, negotiate effectively, and solve problems creatively.
• Interest in HealthTech and a commitment to high-quality, compliant solutions.
