IT Project Manager

Apreel is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a complex, large-scale global ERP transformation. You will be responsible for overseeing the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central and managing the rollout across more than 20 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the global ERP transformation, from initial planning through migration, deployment, and final transition.
• Establish and manage robust programme governance, including steering committees, reporting structures, and quality controls.
• Own and control the programme scope, roadmap, milestones, budget, and resource allocation.
• Engage and align senior executives, country leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee business process alignment, data migration, testing, and system stabilisation across multiple international locations.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience leading complex, large-scale IT transformation programmes in multinational organisations.
• Proven track record of delivering global ERP implementations, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-country deployments, ideally across 20 or more countries.
• Extensive experience in financial management, vendor oversight, and managing system integrators.
• Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders at the senior executive level.
