IT Project Manager

Phizenix is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to join our corporate systems team. In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio, including the development of a custom subsidy management system and the management of semi-annual Workday ERP releases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the transition from Excel-based workflows to a new, digitized in-house subsidy management system.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations throughout the multi-year digitization project.
• Coordinate two mandatory semi-annual Workday ERP releases, ensuring adherence to SOX and SDLC controls.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Oversee project charters and ensure alignment across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, with experience working alongside Scrum and Kanban teams.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in managing structured, auditor-approved processes within a corporate environment.
• Strong focus on project governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
