IT Project Manager – SAP HR (HCM)

People More is a technology-focused company that builds comprehensive projects for clients worldwide, ranging from UX/UI design to complex backend and mobile solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager specializing in SAP HR (HCM) to join our team and support our international partner projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT-side governance following the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central go-live.
• Coordinate hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Track outstanding topics, action items, and corrective measures while prioritizing tasks.
• Manage project risks, issues, and escalations effectively.
• Coordinate cooperation between HR leadership, IT teams, and external partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or PMO in HR IT projects.
• Practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in hypercare and post-go-live system stabilization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Very good command of English and Polish, with German language skills considered a strong advantage.
