IT Project Manager – ERP (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex ERP-related initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of system enhancements and business process improvements within a dynamic, fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and managing multiple ERP-related projects from initiation through deployment.
• Developing and maintaining integrated project plans, resource forecasts, and dependency management activities.
• Managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and executive communications.
• Coordinating testing, user acceptance activities, and business readiness efforts.
• Ensuring project documentation meets PMO governance and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience leading medium-to-large technology initiatives.
• Deep expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience leading ERP systems enhancement and optimization programs.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Advanced level of English and fluency in Dutch.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
