IT Project Manager – Business Process Transformation with ServiceNow

Link Group is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a business process transformation initiative centered on the implementation of a digital platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the transition from manual, fragmented communication to a structured ServiceNow-based solution, ensuring improved operational efficiency, data visibility, and service quality across internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate collaboration between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external implementation partners.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules in line with agreed objectives.
• Oversee project scope, budget, timelines, quality, and performance indicators.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges while reporting status to senior management.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and the transition to business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing IT projects involving system implementation and business process transformation.
• Strong ability to coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of project planning, budget control, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical priorities.
• Good command of the English language.
