IT Project Manager - ML/AI Automation Initiative

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative focused on automation and the application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the ML/AI Automation Initiative, including establishing project governance and PMO controls.
• Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, MVP roadmap, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate external technology partners and SAP-related technical readiness activities.
• Facilitate project meetings, including sprint planning, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Business Solutions, and PMO to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex technology or transformation projects.
• Experience managing AI, Machine Learning, automation, or data-driven initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SAP-related projects and technology transformation environments.
• Hands-on experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies in a complex, matrix organization.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
