IT Project Manager - Independent Contractor

Mobiz is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to deliver complex infrastructure transformation and Azure cloud migration initiatives for international clients. This role is designed for an independent consultant who thrives in high-pressure environments and can manage multiple concurrent project deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, and workplace technology projects in line with defined scope and milestones.
• Coordination of infrastructure deployments including network, server, storage, and cloud integration.
• Preparation of project documentation including schedules, delivery plans, and risk registers.
• Reporting on agreed project performance metrics such as scope, schedule, quality, and risks.
• Maintenance of RAID logs and coordination with engineering teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering IT project or program management services.
• 4+ years of experience delivering Azure cloud migration initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure transformation programs for enterprise clients.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level) and strong communication skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
