IT Product Owner (m/w/x)

As an IT Product Owner, you will lead an agile backend team, translating complex business visions into actionable technical roadmaps and ensuring the delivery of high-value features within a SAFe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, breaking down features into detailed technical user stories for backend services.
• Align priorities, scope, and technical requirements with business stakeholders, architects, and other Product Owners.
• Define functional and non-functional acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality, testable software delivery.
• Coordinate across domains to identify integration points and ensure overall product and release coherence.
• Provide transparency regarding project status, risks, and dependencies while actively participating in Scrum and SAFe ceremonies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience as an IT Product Owner working with agile development teams.
• Solid understanding of SAFe methodologies, including ART ceremonies and PI planning.
• Strong knowledge of backend development, API structures, and domain-driven system design.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a genuine interest in the e-mobility industry.
