IT & OT Transformation Manager

Link Group is seeking a hands-on Senior IT & Operational Transformation Leader to join a complex, multi-entity environment. You will be responsible for auditing the existing technology landscape, untangling legacy debt, and architecting a future-proof IT/OT roadmap that bridges the gap between business operations and technical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Map and evaluate the group IT landscape, including infrastructure, application stacks, and Microsoft licensing.
• Analyze Comarch ERP implementations and WMS integrations to identify bottlenecks and process dependencies.
• Develop business cases and executive recommendations regarding the optimization or migration of enterprise ERP systems.
• Map the operational technology environment and align IT infrastructure with production requirements.
• Rationalize external IT vendors, negotiate service level agreements, and drive vendor accountability.

Requirements

• Proven track record in IT transformation, enterprise architecture, and conducting comprehensive system audits.
• In-depth expertise with Comarch ERP systems and WMS environments within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong experience in IT vendor management, RFP creation, and navigating complex IT/OT convergence.
• Robust understanding of cybersecurity standards, process automation, and applied AI solutions.
• Ability to thrive in unstructured environments and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
