IT Operations Team Coordinator

Netguru is a trusted partner in digital commerce, helping leading brands modernize their B2B solutions, marketplaces, and retail ecosystems. We are currently looking for an IT Operations Team Coordinator to join our fully remote team and lead our Service Desk operations.

Key responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations of the Service Desk Team and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing team members through regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Overseeing essential IT tools including Google Workspace, Azure, O365, Jira, and Slack.
• Co-creating and monitoring internal policies, procedures, and hardware asset management.
• Handling escalations and managing cross-departmental cooperation to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a team of at least 3-5 people in an IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks and experience with tools like Jira Service Management or Zendesk.
• Proficiency in managing macOS and Windows endpoints and hardware asset registries.
• ITIL Foundation Certificate and experience working in an Agile, fast-paced organization.
• Excellent command of English (min. B2) and Polish (min. C1).
