IT Operations Manager

Netomi is a leading agentic AI platform for enterprise customer experience, partnering with global brands to enable automation at scale. We are looking for a hands-on IT Operations Manager to build and scale our internal IT function within our global, remote-first organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including end-user support, device management, and troubleshooting for a distributed workforce.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring secure provisioning and deprovisioning of systems and access.
• Administer and optimize core business systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, and Slack while maintaining high system reliability.
• Partner with Compliance, Engineering, and HR teams to enforce security policies, support SOC 2 audits, and maintain system integrity.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and standardize IT workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage IT vendors, software licenses, and asset inventory while optimizing costs.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Support, or Systems Administration within a high-growth, SaaS, or remote-first environment.
• Hands-on administrative experience with Google Workspace, Azure AD, MS 365, and endpoint management tools like Jamf or Kandji.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Proven experience maintaining IT controls and supporting internal and external audits in highly regulated industries.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach to problem-solving.
