emagine Polska is looking for an experienced IT Manufacturing & Supply Chain Expert to support IT solutions within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. You will serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between business units and IT departments.
• Translate and challenge business needs to define clear IT requirements.
• Interface with multiple European sites across countries including France, Italy, Germany, the UK, and Hungary.
• Align diverse stakeholders across various geographies to ensure project success.
• Work with a high level of autonomy and minimal oversight in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Senior consultant experience with a strong functional and technical background.
• Proven expertise in project and stakeholder management.
• Significant exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Previous experience working as a freelancer or contractor.
• Familiarity with SAP systems in manufacturing or plant environments.
• Ability to effectively bridge the gap between business objectives and IT solutions.
