Position

We are currently looking for an experienced candidates for the position of IT Infrastructure Engineer (he/she)

Location

• Mostly remote work (with meetings at the office in Poznań twice a month)

Salary

• From 120 to 180 PLN net / h / B2B contract, depending on experience and competences (we are looking for people at various levels of experience - from mid-level to lead positions)

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Several years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure administration

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions

• PowerShell scripting skills

• Experience supporting distributed enterprise environments

• Experience in 3rd line support

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• English proficiency (B2 or higher)

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Administration of Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID environments

• Managing endpoints using Microsoft Intune

• Automating administrative tasks with PowerShell

• Deploying operating systems, applications, and infrastructure changes across a distributed environment

• Resolving complex 3rd line incidents

• Participating in infrastructure standardization and technology rollouts

• Cooperating with infrastructure, application, security, and business teams

• Monitoring the environment using tools such as Zabbix and Grafana

• Preparing technical documentation and operational standards
