IT Business Analyst

Altimi is a technology acceleration partner with over 20 years of experience, specializing in delivering software development projects for international clients across the DACH region and Scandinavia. We are currently seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in defining and implementing billing models for our managed services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with service owners and operations teams to document complex billing models and clarify invoicing requirements.
• Identify, onboard, and validate data sources within the billing platform to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Define mappings between service usage, pricing models, and billable items, including the conversion of production volumes into transactions.
• Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams, including billing and development, to prepare implementation requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Analyze and reconcile datasets to explain discrepancies and ensure data integrity across integrated systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working as a Business or Technical Analyst.
• Strong understanding of operational data flows, system integrations, APIs, and data transformation processes.
• Hands-on experience with source-to-target data mapping and advanced data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to drive alignment and manage communication across multiple stakeholders and complex systems.
• Proficiency in English at a B2/C1 level, suitable for working in an international environment.
