IT Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and documenting enhancements for core payment platforms, including clearing and settlement workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document new functionalities for the core payment ecosystem, focusing on file processing and settlement activities.
• Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders, translating them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Prepare functional documentation to support developers, testers, and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Utilize SQL, UML, and BPMN to model processes, document system behavior, and define solution requirements.
• Perform data analysis using SQL databases and BigQuery to identify trends and provide actionable business insights.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst within the financial services sector.
• Strong background in the payments domain with hands-on experience in core payment system integrations.
• Proven ability to translate business expectations into detailed technical and functional requirements.
• Practical knowledge of analytical deliverables including process models, state diagrams, and use case definitions.
• Hands-on experience with UML, BPMN, and SQL, combined with fluency in English.
