IT Business Analyst for Master Data

ASTRAL FOREST is seeking a dedicated IT Business Analyst for Master Data to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with master data solutions, helping our diverse international clients across industries like iGaming, retail, and automotive transform scattered data into a single, trusted source of truth.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement robust data solutions that meet specific business requirements.
• Lead the development and implementation of master data governance strategies, policies, and quality frameworks.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex data needs into clear technical requirements for ETL/ELT teams.
• Conduct data quality assessments and establish metrics to monitor and improve overall data accuracy.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Data, Business, or Functional Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Full English proficiency (B2/C1 level) and the ability to deliver presentations for presales activities.
• A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
