  • Project: We develop projects for a long-term corporate client in the leasing industry.

What will you work on as IT Architect? The Application Development Unit consists of around 80 people and is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom projects for our clients worldwide. Currently, we are looking for a person who will support a team dedicated to one of our long-term clients from the leasing industry.

Who will you work with? The team you will be joining is made up of around 15 professionals, including developers, analysts, and testers, and is additionally supported by Architects and UX Designers as required. This is a long-term, dedicated team working exclusively on projects for one corporate client.

What tasks await you in this role?

  • designing and developing system architecture (microservices, APIs, integrations);
  • defining technical standards and overseeing their implementation;
  • collaborating with analysts on business domain modeling;
  • reviewing and consulting on solutions implemented by developers;
  • designing interfaces and data flows (REST, events);
  • creating and maintaining architectural documentation;
  • participating in technology decisions and the technical roadmap;
  • taking part in code reviews and project consultations;
  • collaborating with security and infrastructure teams.

You are the one we’re looking for, if:

  • you have the following skills: 10+ years of experience, including around 5 to 6 years in an architect role;
  • very good knowledge of Java and Spring Boot;
  • hands-on experience in designing microservices;
  • experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka;
  • knowledge of integration patterns and event-driven architecture;
  • confidence in designing REST APIs and data modeling;
  • experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes;
  • ability to create technical documentation (UML, sequence diagrams);
  • understanding of security and standards in the leasing industry;
  • English proficiency at B2 level (and Polish at C1 level)
