IoT (WIND) Support Engineer (LoRaWAN, APN & Mobile Private Networks)

emagine Polska is seeking an IoT (WIND) Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support for IoT connectivity solutions. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless operation of enterprise and industrial IoT networks through expert troubleshooting and infrastructure management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for LoRaWAN, P-APN, and MPN connectivity solutions.
• Troubleshoot device, network, and application-layer issues by analyzing logs, packet captures, and network traces.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain LoRaWAN infrastructures, including gateways, network servers, and end devices.
• Support the provisioning and connectivity troubleshooting of SIM/eSIM for IoT devices within private APN environments.
• Monitor performance, availability, and security of LTE/5G Mobile Private Network solutions while maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supporting and deploying LoRaWAN-based IoT solutions.
• Strong understanding of APN architecture, cellular connectivity, and IoT communication protocols like MQTT, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
• Proficiency with networking diagnostic tools such as Wireshark and TCPdump.
• Solid knowledge of cellular technologies including LTE, LTE-M, NB-IoT, and 5G.
