IoT Specialist (with AWS) - Talent Pool

Transition Technologies PSC is building a talent pool for IoT Specialists focused on AWS environments. This role involves designing and developing end-to-end solutions for Smart Connected Products, bridging the gap between IoT layers and application portals to ensure seamless integration across device, cloud, and application ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Programming and implementing responsive applications using leading IoT platforms.
• Working with MQTT and HTTP protocols to ensure reliable device communication.
• Developing and maintaining clean, efficient, and reusable code in Event Driven architectures.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in programming and 3 years of commercial experience.
• Strong understanding of Smart Connected Products and IoT layer integration.
• Extensive experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EventBridge, IAM, and AWS IoT/Greengrass.
• Proficiency in Python and an independent, proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to present and defend technical ideas effectively within a team.
