iOS Developer - IoT and BLE

Mood Up is a dynamic software development company specializing in creating high-quality mobile applications and connected digital products for international clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Mid iOS Developer to join our team for a challenging, full-time IoT project focused on seamless communication between mobile applications and physical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining a native iOS application for an IoT product.
• Implementing robust communication between the mobile application and connected devices using Bluetooth Low Energy.
• Improving device discovery, pairing, connection stability, and data synchronization processes.
• Building new features using Swift and the iOS SDK while integrating with REST APIs.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to Bluetooth communication and application state.
• Participating in architectural decisions and conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience in native iOS development with very good knowledge of Swift.
• Practical experience with Bluetooth Low Energy and the Core Bluetooth framework.
• Proficiency in UIKit and/or SwiftUI, along with an understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Experience with common architectural patterns like MVVM and version control using Git.
• Ability to debug complex issues involving mobile applications and external hardware.
• Strong problem-solving skills and English proficiency at a C1 level.
