Investment Solutions Consultant

We are seeking an Investment Solutions Consultant to serve as a key resource for financial professionals, internal partners, and asset managers, supporting the administration and growth of our diverse investment product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with financial professionals to provide expert education, guidance, and support regarding our investment solutions.
• Manage strategic relationships with asset managers, coordinating business development, educational events, and webinars.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on product availability, platform eligibility, and mutual fund share class selection.
• Support the onboarding and transition of financial professionals by analyzing books of business and identifying conversion opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, stakeholders, and project deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or a related field.
• Possession of Series 7 and 66 licenses, or the ability to obtain them within six months of hire.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on proactive, timely service and consistent follow-through.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong project management capabilities.
