Inventory & Logistics Specialist

ScaleJet is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Logistics Specialist to oversee end-to-end supply chain and inventory operations for a premium international e-commerce brand. This role is essential for ensuring seamless product flow from factory to customer, managing freight, Amazon FBA coordination, and inventory forecasting in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order placement with factories and track progress through to completion.
• Negotiate quotes from freight forwarders and design optimal loading configurations for shipping containers to maximize space and reduce costs.
• Create and manage Amazon Shipments, utilizing simulation tools to target cost-effective warehouses.
• Monitor inventory levels across all sales channels to prevent overstocking or out-of-stock situations.
• Oversee reverse logistics, including the de-kitting, inspection, and sorting of returned units.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or Amazon inventory management.
• Deep expertise with Amazon Seller Central, FBA placement optimization, and inbound reconciliation.
• Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret detailed SKU-level forecasting and inventory models.
• Practical experience coordinating international freight, container shipments, and 3PL operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
