Interview Engineer (Poland)

Karat is seeking talented software engineers to join our global community of Interview Engineers. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the hiring processes for startups and large enterprises by facilitating technical interviews and providing objective evaluations of candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate technical interviews through our platform, ensuring an enjoyable and inclusive candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates on their fundamental coding skills, technical knowledge, communication style, and problem-solving approach.
• Provide detailed input on candidate performance to help our clients make informed hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with the Karat team to test and improve our interview content, processes, and products.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, with a high level of professionalism.
• Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Prior experience conducting technical interviews, particularly regarding data structures and algorithms, is preferred.
