We are seeking a creative Short-Form Video Editor to transform raw, unscripted footage into compelling stories that resonate with global audiences across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Key responsibilities

• Review large amounts of raw footage to identify the strongest characters, reactions, and storylines.
• Craft clear, 2-3 minute narratives with powerful opening hooks, emotional builds, and satisfying payoffs.
• Make creative structural decisions to optimize pacing and audience retention.
• Collaborate with producers to refine edits through feedback while maintaining emotional impact.
• Utilize music, sound design, and graphics to enhance storytelling without compromising authenticity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional video editing experience in digital, unscripted, or short-form content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to shape compelling stories from raw footage.
• Deep understanding of the pacing and visual language of major social media platforms.
• High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
